Delivery

At the baby closet, as part of our commitment to provide the best and most convenient shopping experience, we want to provide our customers with free shipping.

Below we highlight how you qualify for free shipping. This is to ensure that we treat all our customers equally, whilst keeping our costs manageable. For those who do not qualify for free shipping we will charge a nominal flat fee of S$6.00 for any Singapore address or S$12.00 for any Malaysia address. Free shipping is not applicable for other international orders. ANY IMPORT TAX & DUTY TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER.

To qualify for free shipping, the net order value needs to be:

  • S$60 and above for any Singapore address
  • S$100 (or local equivalent) and above for any Malaysia address

Shipping options and costs for other international addresses will be shown and selected during the checkout process. ANY IMPORT TAX & DUTY TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER.

Please note that for Singapore orders, we are not charging shipping for returns, only for the original delivery shipping fee as well as any subsequent delivery fees. Returns are permitted only once. 

All international orders (outside Singapore) and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We strive for all our Singapore deliveries to arrive within 2-3 business days and for our Malaysia deliveries to arrive within 4-7 business days through our agreement with our shipping partners. For deliveries outside of Singapore and Malaysia, please note that estimated delivery timing will be based on the shipper selected during the checkout process.
