Delivery
At the baby closet, as part of our commitment to provide the best and most convenient shopping experience, we want to provide our customers with free shipping.
Below we highlight how you qualify for free shipping. This is to ensure that we treat all our customers equally, whilst keeping our costs manageable. For those who do not qualify for free shipping we will charge a nominal flat fee of S$5.00 for any Singapore address or S$10.00 for any Malaysia address. Free shipping is not applicable for other international orders. ANY IMPORT TAX & DUTY TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER.
To qualify for free shipping, the net order value needs to be:
- S$60 and above for any Singapore address
- S$120 (or local equivalent) and above for any Malaysia address
Shipping options and costs for other international addresses will be shown and selected during the checkout process. ANY IMPORT TAX & DUTY TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER.
Please note that for Singapore orders, we are not charging shipping for returns, only for the original delivery shipping fee as well as any subsequent delivery fees. Returns are permitted only once.
All international orders (outside Singapore) and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We strive for all our Singapore deliveries to arrive within 2-3 business days and for our Malaysia deliveries to arrive within 4-7 business days through our agreement with our shipping partners. For deliveries outside of Singapore and Malaysia, please note that estimated delivery timing will be based on the shipper selected during the checkout process.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with an exchange or credit voucher.
Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Returns that wish to be exchanged must be received within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@thebabycloset.sg as soon as possible for us to assist you in this process.
- Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
- Any item in "Sleep & Nursery", "Mealtimes & Nursing", "Bathing & Changing" and "Play & Explore" sections including (but not limited to) shoes/pre-walkers, hair brushes, socks, mittens, booties, pacifiers, teethers among others; as well as underwear, swim wear and other similar personal items, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

International orders and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
As part of our quality process, we check all goods in detail at point of shipping and ensure that all products are in good condition.
We will provide an exchange or credit voucher on any product purchased exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose and significantly different from what was shown to you.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Care team on +65 91707075 or email info@thebabycloset.sg. If required, we will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit. If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you and require you to pay all reasonable shipping costs at our current standard fees; to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
