Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with an exchange or credit voucher.

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Returns that wish to be exchanged must be received within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@thebabycloset.sg as soon as possible for us to assist you in this process.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
  • Any item in "Sleep & Nursery", "Mealtimes & Nursing","Bathing & Changing" and "Play & Explore" sections including (but not limited to) shoes/pre-walkers, hair brushes, socks, mittens, booties, pacifiers, teethers among others; as well as underwear, swimwear, and other similar personal items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Please note that for Singapore orders, we are not charging shipping for returns, only for the original delivery shipping fee as well as any subsequent delivery fees. Returns are permitted only once.

International orders and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

As part of our quality process, we check all goods in detail at point of shipping and ensure that all products are in good condition.

We will provide an exchange or credit voucher on any product purchased exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product's intended purpose and significantly different from what was shown to you.

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Care team on +65 91707075 or email info@thebabycloset.sg. If required, we will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit. If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you and require you to pay all reasonable shipping costs at our current standard fees; to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
